problem
My main goal was to find weak places on the website UX (by researching users' comments about the website) and improve them so that it could create more value for the business and users. There are many distractions on the website (ads and modal pop-ups). In some places, people couldn't see articles, articles were not formatted clearly, and the website wasn't engaging. It was hard to find info because of the unorganized informational architecture.
solution
To solve this problem, I started an analysis of user and client needs and competitive analysis. Then I created new informational architecture by working on the website's structure, labeling, and categorization. After that, I found UI references for the project and UX issues to get inspired, build prototypes, and finish the project by creating high-fidelity prototypes.
